In 2016, PAO "Russian Aquaculture" (now INARCTICA) sold 100% of its shares in the Russian Fish Company, the largest distributor of chilled and frozen fish and seafood in Russia.
The buyer of RFC was a consortium of private investors, including the company’s management. The deal amounted to about RUB 1.8 bn.
The Salute Advisory team acted as investment advisor on the buyer’s side. The transaction was structured with simultaneous refinancing of the credit line and repayment of intra-group debt.
