With over 15 years of experience in investment banking, Evgeny has successfully executed more than 40 transactions totaling over $5 bn.
Evgeny assists the clients in resolving the classical task of "buy low, sell high". His industry expertise covers M&A projects in manufacturing, financial, and digital assets.
Evgeny’s completed transactions range from securing strategic and financial investors to restructuring distressed assets and arranging mezzanine financing. The footprint of deals spans beyond Russia to include CIS countries, Western Europe, and the U.S.
Evgeny graduated with MBA degree from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and before that he had graduated with honors from the Izhevsk State Technical University and the RUDN University.
Evgeny was a board member of Renaissance Insurance Group and GT Energo. In 2013-2025, he has been the CEO of the Sputnik Foundation for the Development of Children’s and Youth Football.

He joined the Salute Advisory team in 2016, and before that he had been working in KPMG (Deal Advisory department) for 3 years where he participated in business valuation and debt financing advisory projects.
Graduated with Bachelor and Master degrees from the Novosibirsk State University.

Position requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading Russian or international university (HSE, MSU, NES, MIPT, NSU, FA, etc.)
- 0.5−2 years of relevant work experience (primarily within PE, IB, Big4 corporate finance, in-house M&A, etc.)
- Strong quantitative, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid financial modelling skills
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Participation in CFA program as a plus
